What we collect
Only what you give us on the Get Help form: your name (or first name only), one way to reach you (phone or email), the kind of support you're looking for, and an optional message. Nothing else.
Why we collect it
For one purpose only: to contact you and connect you with substance-use recovery support in British Columbia.
Who sees it
Only Cedar Path and the specific recovery service we connect you with, with your consent. We never sell or share your information for any other purpose, and we never use it for advertising or to train software.
Your consent — and withdrawing it
We store your information only after you check the consent box on the form. You can withdraw your consent and ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing hello@rehabnearme.ca.
How long we keep it
Only as long as needed to connect you with support — then we securely delete it.
Your rights
Under Canada's PIPEDA and British Columbia's PIPA, you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact hello@rehabnearme.ca.
