Adult Addiction Treatment Program (Last Door Recovery Centre)

Long-term, bed-based treatment for men run on a peer-driven social model, where daily group work and community living carry much of the therapeutic load. Alongside drug and alcohol addiction the program takes on process addictions such as gambling, gaming, and nicotine, with entry routes including a 10-day introductory stay and private medical detox. Time is split between the New Westminster campus and the 40-acre Keystone retreat in Mission.

Youth Addiction Treatment Program

A bed-based, abstinence-oriented program for male teens that pairs treatment with the rest of adolescent life: mental-health assessment, individual and group therapy, contracted tutors so schooling continues, recreation, and family counselling. Outdoor therapy runs at the Keystone retreat property, and it addresses drug and alcohol use, prescription-medication misuse, and excessive video gaming.

Family Support & Keystone Family Enhancement Retreat

Parents, partners, friends, and family of clients in treatment · Ongoing groups; 4-day retreat intakes · Retreat runs with up to 10 participants · New Westminster, BC (groups) + Keystone retreat (Mission, BC)

Support for the people around the client: parents, partners, and friends-and-family groups, individual appointments, and a four-day Family Enhancement retreat at the Keystone property in Mission built around rebuilding trust, boundaries, and accountability. Family programming is bundled into a resident's treatment rather than billed separately.

Gambling Addiction Program

Men 19+ with compulsive gambling problems · New Westminster, BC

An outpatient stream for men whose primary problem is compulsive gambling, built on specialized group sessions (including family groups) and connections to community supports such as debt counselling and financial management. Referral is open, with rapid intake within 24 hours for those who qualify.

Continuing Care & Alumni

Program alumni · New Westminster, BC + online

Aftercare that keeps graduates attached to the recovery community: individualized continuing-care plans, two weekly alumni groups plus free online alumni groups, and mentorship through the alumni network — framed by the organization as lifetime access.
