What a first visit actually costs (and what should be included)
· Reviewed by Template Seed (replaced per client)
First visits are where pricing surprises happen — and where transparent providers separate themselves. This seed spoke demonstrates the reverse edge of the mesh: it links back to how to choose the right provider and forward to the cluster’s conversion page.
A fair first visit includes
- A written scope of what will be assessed or done.
- The visit fee stated before booking — and whether it credits toward later work.
- The name of the person coming.
The fees that should never appear
Trip charges that were never mentioned, “assessment” line items on top of an advertised assessment visit, and any charge for a written quote.
Compare on equal terms
Take the checklist from the provider-choice guide to two or three providers and compare their first-visit answers side by side.
